Robin Moses earned her BA in Fine Art and Art History from Florida International University. Robin has worked as an art appraiser, but loves spending time teaching visual arts while incorporating her passion for the outdoors. She loves PCDS for the robust and exciting Outdoor Education program. Robin is passionate about hiking and spending time with her husband and two children outdoors.
Robin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University, where she earned a BA with a double major in Art History and Fine Art. She has been teaching art to elementary students in private schools in Miami since 2008, including Temple Beth Am Day School, Killian Oaks Academy, and most recently The Mandelstam School in South Miami.
Robin is passionate about inspiring young people to develop their inner artists in a safe and nurturing environment, and her teaching emphasizes interdisciplinary connections to bring art to life for her students and to nurture their individual creativity. She believes that creativity should be at the core of all that we do. Robin is also a practicing artist who has her own line of fine jewelry and loves to play with clay in her free time. Robin loves the outdoors, snowboarding, long hikes, and enjoys lying in a hammock with her husband and two pugs. Robin is thrilled to have the chance to pursue her professional career in an environment that matches her passion for life in the mountains.
